About the Porsche Cayenne Coupe

Catering to the needs of a new generation of performance SUV enthusiasts, the sleek Porsche Cayenne Coupe is a stunning interpretation of the fastback SUV concept. Drivers have their choice of two distinct turbocharged engines in addition to a thrilling electrified powertrain option, each providing enough power to suit any type of driving style. Combining the confidence and versatility of an SUV with the athleticism and agility of a sports car, the Cayenne Coupe is poised to compete with even its most established rivals in the performance SUV segment. Even with its unique sloping roof line, rear-seat headroom inside the Cayenne Coupe is not compromised and remains almost identical to the Cayenne SUV. Striking 20-inch alloy wheels and a standard adaptive suspension help signify the tremendous performance capabilities of the Cayenne Coupe. Inside the cabin, you’ll have instantaneous access to your favorite multimedia features thanks to standard Porsche Communication Management (PCM).

What the Critics Say

“The compromises to its cargo space in no way hinder the Cayenne Coupe from successfully translating Porsche's storied sports-car attributes to an SUV format. Not only is the mid-size, two-row ute surprisingly entertaining and pleasing to drive, the more powerful versions are blindingly quick.” — Car and Driver

“Factor in the decades of motorsport success, quality of engineering, unrestricted German autobahns, knowledge, and thrills. They all seem to filter into the Porsche driving experience — every turn of the wheel, every squeeze of the throttle, and every prod of the brake pedal. Yet the Cayenne Coupe remains civilized and easily drivable in any situation.” — Kelley Blue Book

What’s New for 2024

Porsche gave the Cayenne Coupe a total redesign for 2024. For the exterior styling, it is very similar to the previous design, although every body panel has been tweaked at least a little. The updates to the interior have been more extensive, and include a new steering wheel brought over from the 911. The gear selector has also been moved from the center console to the dash, freeing up extra storage space. All of the trims get a bump in power, and in the case of the Cayenne S Coupe, a whole new engine. The S once again has a V8, with the 4.0-liter unit replacing the 2.9-liter V6 from the previous generation.

Porsche Cayenne Coupe Features

Porsche Cayenne Coupe Performance

Eye-Catching Style and Dynamic Performance

While the similarities to the Cayenne SUV are apparent, the Porsche Cayenne Coupe offers an athletic look all its own thanks to a steeply-raked windshield, 1.9-inch lower roofline, and a striking active spoiler. This sophisticated design blends with its aerodynamic profile to create maximum performance potential and useful versatility for your daily drive.

Two turbocharged engines power the non-hybrid models in the Cayenne Coupe range. The base Cayenne Coupe comes standard with a capable 3.0L Turbocharged V6 engine with 348 HP / 368 LB-FT TQ. Stepping up to the Cayenne Coupe S upgrades that engine with a 4.0L Twin-Turbo V8 that increases the power by more than 100 horsepower to 468 HP / 442 LB-FT TQ. Finally, beneath the hood of the Cayenne Coup Turbo GT is a muscular 4.0L Twin-Turbo V8 that generates 650 horsepower. The Cayenne Coupe E-hybrid is powered by a 3.0L Turbocharged V6 paired with an electric motor powered by a 20.6 kWh lithium-ion battery to deliver efficient, electrified performance.

Other attributes available on the Cayenne Coupe models include speed-sensitive power steering, Porsche Active Suspension Management, and the legendary Sport Chrono package. Optional Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) offer outstanding stopping power with additional resistance to break and heat fade. E-Hybrid variants deliver an unparalleled combination of efficiency and instantaneous throttle response.

Porsche Cayenne Coupe Interior

Driver-Centric Interior

Crafted to support every action of the driver, the world-class interior of the Porsche Cayenne Coupe has all the amenities you need to get the most out of every drive – both on and off the track. Giving you unobstructed views of the overhead sky is a standard panoramic glass roof that measures 23.2 square feet. Exclusive to Cayenne Coupe models, distinctive houndstooth cloth seat inserts add style to the interior and offer superior breathability. Occupants in the rear row of seats will enjoy unobstructed headroom that rivals the traditional Cayenne SUV. Positioned in the center of the streamlined dashboard is the proven 12.3-inch Porsche Communication Management system. Drivers will also have their choice of either a BOSE® Surround Sound System or Burmester® 3D High-End Surround Sound System, each featuring impressive clarity and depth.

Porsche Cayenne Coupe Technology

Technology & Innovation

Another impressive package offered on the Porsche Cayenne Coupe is the Lightweight Sport package. Choosing this equipment group means that you’ll receive the Sport Design package with carbon diffuser exterior trim accents, contoured carbon roof, enlarged 22-inch GT Design wheels, and a signature sports exhaust. Available LED main headlights with HD matrix beams including Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus (PDLS Plus) offer 64,000 LEDs which can be adapted to the current traffic situation by switching or dimming automatically. This technology helps minimize blinding to oncoming vehicles while giving you crisp visibility for full concentration behind the wheel. It also includes electronic cornering lights along with an intersection light based on navigation data. Helping you keep your eyes on the road ahead is an optional full-color Head-Up Display.
