Have had difficulties with renewing WiFi and other connect services for our Cayenne. Tried the 800 number (don’t bother unless you have hours to waste) also tried the Porsche e-mail, another waste of time. Actually went to the dealership in West Palm Beach. Some of the people were nice, but unfortunately useless. Finally called Village Porsche in Cincinnati. A very nice and helpful person named Melanie helped us over the phone and fixed our problem. She was very courteous and patient. She told us she had never done what we requested, but would do her best. Great customer service!!
We took delivery of a new 2020 Porsche 911 cabriolet on May 28 after working with AJ Murphy and Rob Bernard at the dealership. From start to finish from negotiation to delivery was a great experience. As I have taken delivery of a number of vehicles in the past 40 years this was - by far - our best total experience. Just picked up my new Macan and I just love it!! I must say everyone was great! They treated me with courtesy and respect from the start.
