This is believed to be the earliest remaining 356B Roadster. Introduced in 1960, the 356 B
had sweeping changes aimed at reliability, durability, and drivability. They included bigger
oil pumps, stronger connecting rods, improved shift linkages, finned brake drums, tapered
roller bearings for the front axles, improved ZF steering gearboxes and a higher horsepower
Super 90 engine with a counter-balanced crankshaft. |
